Pastor Dennis has been ministering here at Rainbow Hills since September of 1978. His passion is to glorify God by leading the congregation of Rainbow Hills to become vessels of mercy who act as ministers of mercy to the world around us. His desire is that we let our light shine in such a way that people see our good works and glorify our heavenly Father.
Pastor Dennis is passionate about his family! He has been blessed with a wonderful wife, Tonya. Together they have two children and eight grandchildren.

Tracy Salas is our church secretary and is new to the RHBC family. She began serving in our church office in November 2011. Tracy would love for you to come by and welcome her! Whether you needs are big or small, if you call the church office or stop by, she will be glad to help you!
She has four children who have attended RHBS since 2000, the youngest being in the third grade and the oldest being in the eleventh grade. Tracy is from New England, but she moved to South Texas just as fast as she could (although she is still a Yankee at heart). She has been walking with the Lord for nearly 22 years.
